Should you not have the above items, please notify us prior to your cleaning so we can arrange for those items to be brought.
*** It is presumed the home will be in order and picked up to facilitate cleaning. Clutter is not moved to facilitate dusting.
*** If the home is not picked up to clean your home effectively and efficiently a $25 service charge will be charged and a new cleaning date will be given to you. *Please see footer for charges.
*** We are not a pick up service but a cleaning service and want to help make your life easier by being able to get to the areas in your home.
*** We do offer declutter and organization services. Should you feel one or both of these services would benefit you, please contact the office to discuss additional service.
*Due to insurance, we do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/an extension duster.
• We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step step-stool.
• Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan(s) we cannot reach by hand. We offer chandelier cleaning as part of our window cleaning services.
• We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
• Please allow for some dust to settle after we leave. We cannot prevent this entirely.
• For pet lovers, please understand we try to get up as much animal hair as possible but just like dust, animal hair settles and we cannot prevent this entirely. Also, please make sure all pet feces and urine is cleaned up prior to your scheduled cleaning as we do not clean up after your animals. If your pet has has had an accident please understand the crew has been instructed to clean around the soiled area.
